Hello, and welcome to my cute little site! I'm WhirrFox, but you can also call me Kona, your local internet foxgirl, nice to meet ya~! <3
You've proably already seen the cute purple foxgirl on this site. Her name is Sophia! She has kinda become the mascot of this site, and she loves headpats! You can read more about her here~.
I started this site out of fun, but I never knew how nice it is to have a place to freely express yourself. Nowadays I see this site more as a garden that I'm working on. A cute creative garden if you like. I love having a place online where I can freely express myself without having to hide myself~ <3.
I'm also very passionate about music, specifically Japanese music, like Vocaloid or Touhou music, and I also have a whole page dedicated to it. I guess I like how different the music sounds compared to western songs. Like they have a special vibe to them, y'know? I always was kind of ashamed by this, but ever since coming to the indie web I realized I'm definitely not alone with liking Japanese music. (Even though I still partly hide that IRL. Although I now have a bit of Miku merch, so if others don't pick it up it's on them.)
Anyways, I hope this small introduction was interesting for you, and you had fun reading this~. Have fun exploring this site~!! :3.

Fun facts
- Apparently my personality is INFJ-T (which apparently is also the rarest out of all of them...)
- I think demigirl currently fits my identity the most
- Himejoshi
- Can I even call myself lesbiab if I'll probably stay single forever? (yeah...)
- I'm very weak for cute things
- Very likely autistic
- Also quite shy >.<
- Even though I like cats, I've never owned one
- I also don't know if I could actually take responsibility for one
- For some reason I often don't understand assignments correct and then do them wrong.
-
I was once mentioned in a BuzzFeed article.
- Okay, it was BuzzFeed Germany and in 2017.
- It was about a Twitter trend I (jokingly) joined.
- At the end of the article was a screenshot of a tweet I made.
- I remember that tweet getting much attention and people debating in the replies.
- I quickly deleted that tweet since I didn't want or expected that much attention.
- The original article isn't online anymore, but I still have an archive of it. Though it also contains my deadname, so I won't share any more details about it.
- Why WhirrFox?
- When I was younger I used a random username generator and it gave me the name "whirrfox". I thought it sounded cool, even though I didn't really know what "whirr" meant (I'm not a native English speaker), so I picked it and still use it. Also, apparently "whirr" is a synonym for "purr", so I guess it does kinda fit me, mrrrrp~
- Why Kona?
- I always used my real name online, but I thought that it'd be better to use a different one. Kona is a bit based on how in Japan foxes say "Kon", and it also sounds cute, so that's why I picked it!
- Why foxgirl?
- I don't know. I mean, catgirls are also cute, and I also love them, but I guess I was always more drawn to foxgirls / kitsunemimis. Although later on I realized that foxes actually really fit my personality, which is nice!
- What happened to that orange creatue next to every title on this website?
- Don't worry, she's still somewhere on the site. Maybe you can bring her back~. Maybe with the power of a star? (Maybe there's also more to her?)
- Can I see all of the stickers on the site?
- Who knows~? Maybe something will happen once you've seen a few stickers. (Also wasn't there supposed to be other stickers on this site?)
Feel free to ask me more questions I could add here! I couldn't come up with more lol.
